David Richards (Paralegal)
David completed 25 years of service with Police forces in the United Kingdom and in Ontario and worked in all aspects of police work, from accident investigation and traffic enforcement to anti terrorism and bomb disposal.
He resigned from the service in 1986 and set up the Kitchener and Guelph offices of a major traffic ticket defence company. Since then he has served the people of Waterloo Region and Wellington County as an advocate in the Provincial Offences Courts and built his organization until it is the most successful of its kind in the area.
He is a graduate of the British Police Staff College (High Potential development Scheme), and he has a diploma in Mediation from the University of Western Ontario.
David and his team joined H.E.L.P. in February 2007
Annette Fuller (Paralegal)
Annette is the Office manager in the Kitchener branch and is a graduate of the Law and Security program at Conestoga College.
On completing her post secondary education, Annette joined the Kitchener office of a major traffic ticket defence company and over the next 11 years established an efficient system of management and control that is second to none in the industry. Her knowledge and support of the court agents makes for a smooth running and efficient operation in one of the busiest offices in the province.
Annette joined H.E.L.P. in February 2007
Bill Wraight (Lawyer)
Since being called to the Ontario Bar (1978), William C Wraight LLB (Bill) has devoted a significant portion of his career and practice to Criminal Law. As a former federal Crown Attorney (10 years), part time Provincial Crown Attorney and Provincial Offences Prosecutor (15 years), Bill brings a wealth of experience to the courtroom.
Bill's association began 10 years ago with the Kitchener and Guelph offices when they were part of a major traffic ticket defence company and now with H.E.L.P. and since then his criminal practice has increasingly focused on Drinking/Driving and other Criminal Code driving offences.
Clients will find Bill to be not only professional and courteous, but also openly honest and “to the point” in his advice, opinions and assessment of the client’s case, options and the procedures which may be available.
