More Than 20 Years of Experience
In September 2006, the birth of a new Ontario independent traffic paralegal company was formed, Original Traffic Ticket Xperts. This new company brought with it over 20 years of experienced traffic court agents. With the increasing demand for province wide representation for local drivers, Original Traffic Ticket Xperts looked to expand it's service capabilities. In February 2007, several other independent traffic court paralegals, with over 15 years of traffic court experience each, and having serviced well over 100,000 drivers, merged with Original Traffic Ticket Xperts, to form a new company called, H.E.L.P., Highway Enforcement Legal Protection, original traffic ticket xperts.

We have a network of office locations, throughout the province of Ontario, to service any traffic court. All of the new H.E.L.P. offices bring with them, their reputations, and vast knowledge of court experience which they have gained during the past 20 years as traffic court paralegals. Throughout these years our agents have assisted thousands of drivers, who have come into conflict with traffic law, resulting in the saving of their licences, demerit points, jail, and increased insurance premiums.
Our offices work with lawyers that focus their law practice on criminal driving offences. As a result, any driver charged with a Highway Traffic Act offence, or a Criminal Code of Canada driving offence, can rest assured that the nearest H.E.L.P. office will have qualified personnel to assist you. All H.E.L.P. locations have a network system in place that will save you money, time, and travelling expense.

Should your traffic offence have occurred in a distant court, you can contact your local H.E.L.P. office. Your local H.E.L.P. office can readily assist you and will forward your file to the applicable H.E.L.P. office at no extra cost. Each office will represent your best interests whether you require a lawyer for a criminal charge or an agent for a non criminal charge. In most cases you will never have to attend court. All H.E.L.P. personnel maintain high standards and qualifications. We do not employ the services of any disbarred or "forced to resign", lawyer(s) who now attempt to practice as a paralegal.
